What are the best hospitals in NJ? (in terms of conditions,insurance and payment)

I plan to move to NJ from NY. I plan to move to the central New Jersey. I have no ideas about NJ hospitals to work for.

saint barnabas healthcare system is the best bet, benefits are better than state workers and includes a large system; seven hospitals, nine nursing homes, hospice, home health care and need I say more? Sign on bonus too

saint barnabas healthsystem consists of 7 hospitals and 9 nursing homes. they are scattered from central to north jersey.you can transfer to any of the facilites and not loose any senority or benefits. there is also a sign on bonus, they have their own agency pool too; depending on your speciality, the rates are $55/hr.

robert wood johnson university hospital in new brunswick. i worked there for 12 years before i move to ca. lots of cutting edge technology, one of 3 hospital in us to have the artificial heart. transplants, crrt etc. critical pt flown in. it can be very exciting. you will work your butt off. as for centrastate in freehold, it is a small hospital, not fast moving or cuttting edge. i lived 1 mile from centrastate, but travelled 30 miles to rwjuh.

I just started at Trinitas in Elizabeth, supose to be 9th best place to work in NJ. I have no idea yet since i am a new grad. So far in my bridge program i am on my second wk and its all been classroom so far. next 2 wks will be on floor with nurse educators. then start on shif we were hired for with preceptor. the pay is better than area i live, brick toms river area. 29.hr with a 2:50 shift diff. I will know more next week as time goes by.

I worked at RMC as a nurse extern, and their insurance was pretty good, pay was competitive, and they had an excellent reputation. JSUMC gets all the open hearts and traumas.
