Anyone knows how much is the average pay in Houston for new grad residency program with BSN degree?

Hi! I'm a new grad grad as of August 2015. I got a job south of Houston for $26/hour.

Still trying to figure out how to get foot in door. Figuring resume needs adjustment, hospitals seem to pass so many applicants over and the damn "New Grad Residency" program is such a bottleneck. #frustrated
