Wharton County Junior College (WCJC) - Sugar Land ADN Nursing Spring 2020

Hey everyone:

I am back again! I got denied for Spring 2019, so I am reapplying in hopes I get in this time around.

This go 'round, I am applying to TWU, UTH, and possibly HCC. I am looking for more schools I can qualify for. I have finished all my prerequisites, so for now, I am just relaxing (sort of )!

Science GPA- 3.81

TEAS:

Math-100%

Reading- 83%

Science- 80.9%

We will have note answer on Thursday. We can also transfer to UH for their RN to BSN program. I talked to them awhile back and they do accept students from wharton. For now I would say dont worry. I am just going to love forward and expect the best. ?

Excited to meet everyone on Thursday! What’s everyone missing? I feel I’m still Missing a lot. I need two titers, tb, flu, cpr renewal and physical.

It’s okay I don’t think we have to have it done before orientation just before school starts lmao I’m missing my tb and physical I did a few titers last year idk if they would still accept them but we’ll see what castle branch says lol

I am so excited too!! Finally, the moment I have been waiting for. All I am missing is my CPR card. It expires in Dec 2019, so I will be renewing it on the 4th and then i'll be done with everything! Relief! All I would need is supplies. I already bought my scrubs.

Hey guys. Okay question. I tried to get my Hepatitis C titer done at my doctors office and they said there is no such thing because they don't even give the shot for Hepatitis C. Where y'all able to get yours done? I'm thinking I need to go somewhere else to get it.

Also darn I can't have lunch after orientation. I'm leaving right after to go to Austin to help my grandparents.
