Ill have to check into that book. I'm working on biochem right now, its not quite so bad! What kind of stuff did you use for your models? I have marshmallows and cotton balls. Perhaps I should just buy some playdoh.

working on NVT2...only thing is nothing up in taskstream yet..My mentor said 3 days from aav approval...lots of interesting reading though..

I have only done the first task for biochem. I did a drawing for that one.

I think I am going to use playdoh or pipe cleaners for the rest.

I want these petty tasks done and over with already.

I have one task left for the A&P lab and hope to have that done tomorrow. That will put me at 20 CU's completed so far. I plan to complete Biochem and then get started on Community Nursing.

That looked like the easiest one.

My goal is to have biochem completely done by Friday this week. I am taking two days off, and will be going to a library or coffee shop near me to focus solely on getting those tasks done.

I completed A&P this morning just waiting on the grades.

I also want to have my first task of Community Based Nursing done too, so that I can get started completing my practicum hours, and finish that class also. I am still on course to be done by December, but I keep telling myself, I absolutely have until February if I need it; I don't want to need it though, and want to get on those MSN courses by January 1.

BTW- Would anyone be interested in a Facebook "Group" where we can discuss our programs, where we are, what we're going, and trade advice on the tasks and get help from each other?

@thecoolnurse... Thanks, I did get a referral. I am going to do the first part tonight, after the kiddos are asleep. Has anyone used financial aide with them? I filled my fasfa out months ago, just changed schools. I am hoping it works out.8)

The facebook idea sounds good to me. I like checking out WGU facebook page too.

I completed my first task (of 3) for NVT2 today. I just got my AAV on Thursday night, so I feel I'm off to a slow start. I'm also waiting to be enrolled in a couple of Mylabs, which won't be til "on or around the 10th". Can't start the class til I'm enrolled.

I can tell right now that time is going to be my enemy. All I want to do is dig in and study, but work and chores seem to be getting in the way! Oh well, it's only been 2 days:D

Facebook group would be great!...I am going to write task 1 for nvt2 tomorrow night..I am not up in taskstream yet so I am unable to submit it until at least tomorrow night.... The webinars for the tasks are so great! If anyone hasn't seen them check them out, they give so much helpful info...hope everyone is doing well...
