WGU PRE-LICENSURE HOUSTON OCTOBER 2019

Hello,

My name is Bethanie. I'm fairly new to this site. I was just interested in seeing if anyone has applied to the Oct 2019 cohort in Houston, TX for WGU. Pretty much all of my pre-reqs have been completed and I know the deadline to submit everything is August 1st.

Hey! I'm interested in applying to WGU Utah. Can we apply to the BSN program if our prerequisites (specifically microbio) are in progress?

I have 1 more pre req and plan to apply this summer/fall.

I recommend starting the application process now even though you are still completing pre-reqs as getting the application process can be a bit cumbersome. You can get started with submitting your Letters of Intent and Recommendation, resume, etc. and any transcripts from other schools. Those will take time to be processed by WGU.

I began the application process October of 2018 while my classes were in progress. Finally submitted December 2019 and then was accepted in January for an April start! There are a lot of steps in the application process, doesn’t hurt to start ASAP. Good luck!
