Hi! This is my first post on here. I was just accepted to the November, Dallas, cohort for Western Governor's University. Anyone else also accepted and starting on November 1?

Excited to get started!!

Hello Grace487. Congratulations!

I also have been accepted for November 1 cohort, from Dallas. I just completed my intake interview and I am excited as well.

Good luck.

Congrats to you as well! How was the interview? I have mine on Thrusday and I'm so anxious to get it over with so that I can get the rest of the process started.

Thank you. The interview went well, my Enrollment Counselor made it smooth. No need to be anxious about. Your enrollment counselor will casually explain you 's competency based approach and will make sure that you understand this model. The interview is more of a conversation to make sure that you understand competency based education and you have everything in place to succeed in your degree program, including support that you get from your friends and family, scheduling from work, etc.

Okay, good to know! Thank you. Good luck, maybe we'll run into each other on a clinical or lab day.

I'm in the feb 1st cohort in dallas! I can't wait to get started either! Maybe we will run into each other one day! I have a blog on instagram if y'all want to follow it's called wgu_future_rn. I'm also thinking about making a group on Facebook for the dallas area so we can all help on another and ask questions or study together ect since everything is online!
