Hello everyone! I hope that your nursing journey is going well! I am interested in knowing if anyone within the group plans to apply to the Nov. 2018 cohort for the FL WGU prelicensure program. I am in the enrollment process at the moment but it would be nice to connect with others that have the same plans.

Honestly, my cum GPA was right above the cut off and my teas score was 76. My point is, as long as you've met all the requirements, they'll consider you for each cohort. I have all my pre-reqs done, an awesome rec letter from my employer, and I've worked as a licensed Med Tech for 7 years. I wouldn't stress too much about being competitive as long as you have met all the requirements.

Thank you for sharing that with me! I got a 80 on my TEAS, and my GPA is right above the cut off too. But not sure if thats good enough! I dont have any medical work experience other than volunteering.

I would reach out to them. By Wednesday I was just so anxious to know that I emailed my enrollment counselor and she called to let me know.

Or check your enrollment portal. Mine now says admitted with the start date.

So I called and they said I didnt get into the Daytona program. But I am hopeful to find out about Tavares this week or next.
