Anyone heard if they got into the Cedars cohort? I know they just started to review the applicants. I really hope I get in!!

Also waiting to hear :( Spoke with my enrollment counselor on Friday and she said they are still reviewing applications. Hopefully we hear back soon!

Did your enrollment counselor say you were in the top, or give an idea of how many people were in the running? Mine said that there were quite a few people, but I had a good shot. Only issue is I do not work directly with patients. Hope we hear good news soon!!

Hi! I am applying for Pasadena for January 2014 and will be taking my TEAS test next Saturday. I was curious was both of your scores were if you don't mind sharing! Thanks and good luck !

Sorry *what not was

Mine was a 90. Do not know what the average was, my advisor said it was a good score.

@jcarson06 90 is very good if you have a high GPA also i would be suprised if you did not get in.

Hope you are correct.

I got an 87 on my TEAS test, but I took it last year. I was told that a competetive score was around 80 or so.

Does is mater when you take the TEAS? I took it this year. Just curious. Let us know if you get in, love to connect with all that are accepted. What was your GPA?

Best wishes!!

jcarson06,

I think you have a very good chance! I applied for the cohort in another state and I have a tour of duty experience, over 12 yrs working in a clinic with hands on patient's. I have been a paramedic for yrs but due to my teas score I was on I guess they call stand by for the next cohort! I was one of the top choices but you know the low numbers they take! You should be very competitive with a 90! That is a good teas score!Just keep postive, I am going to retake my teas for next cohort.

The list for Cedars is out, my counselor told me the cut off was 81 for TEAS and 3.4 and above for GPA .
