Hi everyone! I didn't see a post for people applying to Westminster's CRNA program for 2024 start, so I figured I would start one. I figured whoever wanted to could share their experience, stats, interview dates, etc.

As for me, I have a little over 3 years experience, 1 year and 8 months in Med/Surg ICU, after that I transitioned to CTICU and have been here for 1 year and 7 months. I have my CCRN and CSC, science GPA is around 3.5, cumulative GPA is around 3.8. I also have been a preceptor and charge nurse in my unit.

Good luck to everyone!! I look forward to chatting with you all!

Haven't heard anything yet

Just got an invite to interview! Check your inbox!

Have not received any emails neither-pretty disappointed ☹️

Man, I'm not normally one to stress out about these kinds of things. But anybody know if in the past they send out interview invites in separate batches/groups? Feeling a bit discouraged that I didn't hear anything back. Trying to stay positive.

I just looked at last years thread - they do not send them out in waves. Looks like they don't send rejections right away either because they may pull from their pool of applicants if they did not fill their spots.

I'm devastated. I really want to go to this school. I am happy some people got the interview but I'm pretty devastated I didn't get an invitation. I spoke to the enrollment coordinator and she told me that faculty was still reviewing and they were going to send invitations  next week. I guess she didn't want to tell me over the phone.  Trying to stay positive here but it's hard ? congrats to everybody that got the interview

For those that didn't get an email. Dr. Bunker was excellent with providing feedback as to why I didn't get an interview. He literally got back to me within 2 hours of emailing him. They had roughly around 400 applicants apply and obviously only could take 60 to interview. I suggest if anyone wants to see how they can improve for next year to reach out to him.

For those that got interviews go kill it. Best of luck to you all.??

So have all of the interview invites officially gone out then? That's how it seems
