I feel you, I have only gotten the emails asking if I still want to remain on the waitlist. I am trying to be positive, but we shall see.

For those of us waiting to get a seat, we still have the rest of July to hear back. Hoping that brings some level of comfort. ❤️

I got a call yesterday morning but haven’t received an email…anyone else go through the same thing? @coffeeortea how long did it take for you to receive your email?

Hey, congratulations. I got a call around early afternoon and they told me that I would get the acceptance letter around 6pm on the same day. I checked my portal and the letter was there at 6pm that day.

I started my app already. Not sure if that changes anything though.

Hi guys, There’s still hope. I just declined my spot. I hope someone else who really wants to go to WesternU, gets it. It was not an easy decision for me but I also got accepted somewhere closer to home. Goodluck!!

For those still waiting, has anyone called the admissions office to show you are still interested?

Hi All,

I didn't have the same communication as others here, so I thought it might be helpful to share. Last week, around Tuesday afternoon, I got a call from Western U asking if I was still interested in joining their program. Afterwards, I checked this forum, and saw that a few others received verbal offers, so I figured that I got a call (instead of an email) because I was nearing the top of the waitlist as others were rejecting their offers. Sure enough, on Friday morning, they called to let me know I've been accepted! If you received a call asking whether you're still interested, keep your head up!
