Western University MSN-E Application Time!

Well, I thought this day would never come, but the application period for Western U's MSN-E program starts a week from today!

I'm beyond nervous, as I've been working on this career change for over three years now. Every time I write a little of my personal statement I get a little shaky. This is so unlike me too, I'm usually cool as a cucumber.

Anyone else here planning to apply for 2012? Are you as nervous as I am?

i'm curious, does anyone know how many people they invite for the interviews? it looks like they only have interviews scheduled on Jan 17 and Jan 19 (either the morning or the afternoon session).

Has anyone received their itinerary for their scheduled interview yet?

Pilot, the admissions coordinator said we should keep an eye out for an email sometime after the middle of this week. So I'm guessing we should get something from her between tomorrow and Friday.

I have an interview on the 17th of Jan. at 12:45pm. Is anyone coming that day? If so, how are you guys preparing? I am so nervous. :(

Does anyone know exactly what time the morning session on Jan. 19? All I could remember is it starts from 7:45am until 12 something. I was too excited during the phone call with Daniell that I don't remember the exact end time of the morning session. Please help. :)

You're right that it starts at 7:45am and it should takes about 4-5 hours (mostly waiting and tour). Actual interview only last 30 minutes or so. You should have gotten a confirmation email from Daniell on the exact building that you need to show up...congratulation and good luck :)

Cacon: have you received the email from Daniell? I haven't yet.

Did anyone else receive an email about the details of the interview?

Pilot, I think Cacon is from a previous cohort. I have not received an email yet and my interview is on Jan 19th in the afternoon.

Hey guys,

For those of you who have received interviews congratulations. For those of you who are still waiting to hear back, please do not despair. I spoke to the director of the program earlier today and they are still going through the applications and that some people may not hear back until February so try and be patient as the admissions staff works through the process.

maxpower77: thanks SO much for the undate i am so anxious but i know that school is working hard to get it all done. I am sure i wont hear back till feb since my app wasn't turned in early but thanks again for the info and congrats to all those with interviews. Hope to see some of you at the preview day in 2 weeks :)
