I know of several current NP students who got their BSN at WGU. To my knowledge it was not an issue with their acceptance into programs, but I don't know if that is the case with all programs. There are other pass/fail schools, most notably to me UCSC, so I would think many programs have learned how to deal with pass/fail students and how that affects their GPA.
I have had several coworkers get their BSN through WGU, all give positive reviews. So far only one has looked into grad school and the few she has researched indicated that her transcript will come in as a 3.0 gpa for the BSN portion and then averaged for her classes prior to. So for schools that look a littel more critically at gpa, this might be a concern.

I am simply wondering if any of you or possibly someone you know did their BSN or RN - BSN through Western Governors University and still got accepted to a NP Program?
Thanks in advance,
