I was not able to find a forum on this topic already so I figured I would start one. I have submitted my application for the 2024 cycle and this is the top school on my list. Good luck to anyone else applying.

I think 40-50 interviews for WCU as well. I interviewed last 2 rounds for WCU, waitlisted both times. Nobody dropped last year so no luck. This year I didn't even get offered an interview - pretty frustrating honestly as any other school I applied to I got an interview and like I said have a history with WCU and kept in contact asked for suggestions etc. apparently this time around there was some sort of waitlist for interviews which is odd. I know they lost admin and have had some changes etc so I'm sure a lot has been different.
Thanks for sharing your experience! The program sounds highly competitive, and everyone who can apply is already a success. How long did it take for you to receive their response and the results? Did they communicate the results to you via email?

From prior years? I know some people get acceptance calls even same day / same week, then some within 1-2 weeks. Then waitlist emails take a while, and you're just in limbo up to as late as April / May. Waitlist etc through email. Phone call for acceptance I hear. This year I didn't hear anything until I reached out twice
Well, in the end we all did what we could. There's no changing any of it now. All we can do is wait and hope that things align as they should. And keep applying. Little side story: a past coworker of mine applied to four CRNA programs. She got denied from two, but got in to two. It only takes one. So if this one doesn't work out for some of us, there are still other options available. Keep your head up regardless ?

The students that were there during the interview said that they interviewed around 15 per day. They only except around 16-18.
