Got my acceptance letter today !

Does anyone know if we must take Dosage and Calculations in the summer prior to starting the program?

No we do not HAVE to take it in the summer but we have to take it for fall for sure. She said in the acceptance email that we could register for summer if we planned to get it out of the way beforehand.

Oh okay. It does sounds like a good idea to get it out of the way. Is anyone planning on taking it in the Summer? Seems to be an online course.

I believe you have the option to take it in the summer or fall ... but if you choose summer you need to register now

got the email today, got in! Congrats to everyone else who got in as well.

Looks like ill be taking dosage calcs this summer, rather cram it in now so I can focus on the Other stuff during the fall.

Everyone that didn't get in- our orientation is on June6th, its pretty well known that if you missed this list by a few spots- you can call after orientation and find out how many people dropped out and if its enough spots to extend an acceptance to you. I know of 2 girls who said they did that. They called after the orientation date and spots were open because people decide last minute to go to Pace or Rockland. They allowed them to enter the program last minute and just in time for the background check and mandatory physicals.

checked the dosage and calcs nursing class for summer, looks like it is only available as an online course.

Ty for that info!! Hopefully they still sending out acceptance.. but what number would you call after orientation to see if spots are open?

That I don't know - but I would assume the nursing depot directly or the director of the program

Calld the deapartment. thats the last of the emails. for all of sus that didnt get an email**it means we didnt get in. Im so disappointed. i got a 77.1

For those who did not get in - I know it is difficult to see that this is not the end right now and that you could always try again or there might be a different option for you. I have been there and knows what that kind of disappointment feels like but please remain hopeful and do not give up on your dreams. On another note, did anyone try to register for Dosage & Calc for the Summer? It's not letting me register for some reason.
