Hi guys,
I am applying to WCC for the fall. Did anyone take their TEAS yet?
Just took the TEAS for WCC got a 93%, used the ati book, momentrix and listened to the momentrix videos while i worked out. What helped me the most was taking as many tests as possible 2 weeks leading to the exam.especially the ATI A/B ones, really got a feel for how they asked questions.
the proctor told us that you will not be informed of anything until may 1st. Do you have to apply after they tell you if you qualified or is taking the test and going through that entire process basically the application
Congrats on the 93! I am so glad I found this message board. I'm on pins and needs waiting to find out! I got an 89 and I feel good about it as of right now but you still never know. To answer your question- I believe that if you were allowed to take the TEAS your application is considered accepted and then the top TEAS scores are officially given a spot.
While everyone is adding study tips to the board I can honestly say that the ATI TEAS book is completely useless except to use as a checklist. I bought every TEAS prep book you could find at Barnes and Noble and studied from there instead. I used the ATI book more as an outline of all the topics I had to learn about. Not a study book.
