West Coast University in Dallas,Texas

Hi everyone,

I was just accepted into BSN program at West Coast University in Dallas TX for fall 2012. Has anyone graduated from this school? If so, was your experience positive or negative? Are the teachers great? What do you guys think about this school? It's extremely expensive!!!! Please help

I have not started yet and I begin in April. But I really haven't heard much about the school but what the admission has to offer. But what have you heard about the school?

I graduate this year. Some things I've noticed is that they go through faculty often. Some instructors are hit or miss and some teach classes that aren't even their area and some don't even teach you at all. It's all about self teaching. The classes aren't too rigorous though.

Hey could anyone tell me any scholarhips or grants to apply for West Coast University? I need some assistant cause I don't have any good co-signers to get me approved.

I know this thread was 5 years ago, however, I just applied to WCU for nursing. How was your experience? Overall was it good or bad? Any tips or knowledge you would like to share?

I didn't go here personally, but a close friend of mine knows a few people who went here, graduated and working where they wanted to. Only complaint, was pricing. No experience RN makes around $23 to $25/hr around DFW. If any of that helps...
