OK here's to all of us who are about to wrap up another semester of distance learning. (And to anyone else who may be going at a different pace). :D

Only a few weeks to go and personally, I can't wait!

3 down 1 to go!

Just wanted to wish everyone well on finals and give you a last hoorah as you tackle the last hurdle of this semester!!

Thanks, Jnette! It's nice to have an angel on my shoulder through all this! I've got a half day of no kids or husbands today to dig in with the studying...been writing the neumonics (sp?) over and over again this week...lol. I'm going over the video a couple more times today with the study book that came with it. I'm actually getting excited about going! One of my study buds just passed at SRMC -where I'm going- with no repeats, so I'm getting great feedback from her experience, too. I'm revamping my grid based on what she did (with first-thing blocks, and 20 minute blocks, baselines, etc.), and that's helping with organizing everything. Plus, I'm practicing my care planning skills at work. I think I'm getting the hang of it all. I certainly will post when I'm done!

Opalm- thanks so much! You're getting pretty close yourself, aren't you? Good luck to you, too!

I was up in Milwaukee... didn't eat a BITE the entire 3 days.. was too afraid of IBS with teh nerves and all, so just didn't eat... until the night of the final day after I passed. Went to the restaurant in the hotel downstairs... and ate like a PIG... all by myself.. with my little glass of celebratory wine... the works... and noone to share my joy and excitement with ! :stone

I wanted to scream it to the WORLD... go up to the tables where folks were eating and say.. "HEY !!! I just passed the most dreaded and important exam of my LIFE !!!" :rotfl:

Congrats on your Dtr's wedding!!! Do YOU have any fingernails left? LOL! I've got so many possible scenarios in my head right now, it's spinning. I'm at the point where I'm even having dreams about it. I better get off of here and get back to the studying...lol.

I'm testing at SRMC in Atlanta. Right now, I feel hectic- I still have to get my physical done, and I just realized my driver's license expired, so I have to get that renewed, and I have to go get my passport photos done this week. I have to send all that stuff in this week! I'm going over all the neumonics every day, and I go over them in my head at night before I go to sleep...lol. I chart at work, but I've been practicing charting the critical elements all weekend- just so it'll be almost like rote by the time I get down to it- I don't want my nervousness to get the best of me once I'm there.

And I'm so glad for you and Jnette!!! I'm extremely comforted by the fact that you guys are here and have done this before! Thanks for the pats on the back, and all the info!
