Aug 21, 2011 Many hospitals and other healthcare facilities have phased out their weekend Baylor plans over the past two or three years while citing the poor economy as an excuse. While not all hospitals have done this, many places have gotten rid of their weekend plans so that they do not have to pay for the additional perks usually given to workers who willingly give up every weekend.
