weekend Baylor Plan

Published

Does anyone know if any of the hospitals in Oklahoma City offer the weekend Baylor plan for nurses. I am used to working this plan and want to relocate to Okc.

Thanks:nuke:

Many hospitals and other healthcare facilities have phased out their weekend Baylor plans over the past two or three years while citing the poor economy as an excuse. While not all hospitals have done this, many places have gotten rid of their weekend plans so that they do not have to pay for the additional perks usually given to workers who willingly give up every weekend.

yeah i figured those weekend plans offered by hospitals dried up a couple years ago. I guess nursing homes aren't doing anything similar either.

You might be able to find an RN weekend house supervisor position in a nursing home that will offer to pay the Baylor plan.
