Tweety glad the remodel is going well and bowling too

NJ22 my sister and BIL are big fans of Bend, OR

Stars it's good that you're keeping him on track with his appointments

Ado glad the stressors are decreasing

Thankfully yesterday was even quieter than Monday, which was good as I was pretty tired.  Stomach was acting up in the morning but improved later in the day.  Substituted egg foo young for the vegetable barley soup I had made, I think that has made a difference.  I think the latter had too much fiber for me

After work was quiet,  exercised and knitted a bit and watched Star Trek

Today shouldn't be too busy at work unless something unexpected happens.  Will delay grocery shopping until tomorrow as there is a vestry meeting then

Will stay in the 40s today but will be in the 50s by tomorrow and  the 70s by Friday

Ah, we got home last night about 8:30, and after a hot shower, 2 extra strength Tylenol. and 2 Aleve, went to bed. Sitting for prolonged periods makes my legs ache, so I was pretty sore, but feel good this morning, leg-wise. Unfortunately, the air us yucky, due to wildfires east of us. the app on my phone says very unhealthy air quality index of 214. I guess I won't run, but will walk the dog. I thought I had a Zoom meeting this morning but it's been changed to tomorrow to demonstrate the new electronic medical record. I will be unpacking and washing laundry, and go get my flu shot if the pharmacy has the hi-dose shot in stock. Dh has to go to the dentist because his temporary crown fell out. And I need to see about replacing our credit cards, because I lost mine and canceled it.

I am glad your tummy is better Joe. I find that too much fiber upsets me as well. I cannot tolerate Metamucil, it feels like it ties my gut in knots.

Annie, new equipment, whee! I am sure there will be lots of rearranging in coming days.

Will peek in later.

G'day!

Joe hope today was a good day.

J22 hope all goes well.

I would say 80% of the time my temporary crown falls off.  My last one fell off the day they put it on but I just put it back on and it stayed on.  Not the right thing to do but I couldn't be bothered.

Fiber used to bother me when I started going veg but have been eating this way about 30 years.  I eat a very high fiber diet which is good because apparently I have the family trait of diverticulosis and have never had a major problem.   My sister had hers rupture and my father had his bleed.   "Fiber Fueled" author says to go low and slow when trying to increase your fiber.  Only 5% of people get the recommended daily amount of fiber.

Bathroom is 99.9% finished!  Apparently the package the shower door came in was missing the handles and some rubber stoppers.  He said after 24 hours I could use it and they would bring in the handles when they arrive probably on Monday.     I'm very happy with how it turned out.  New floor, new vanity and sink and tub to shower conversion.  Next project is to paint it.  I'll let the dust settle on this project, but I've already got a painter in mind if they do small jobs.  I'm going to paint my bedroom at the same time.   Painting is not a talent I process or care to learn.  It's to my financial detriment though.

Going to make a big mess of lentil noodle soup to eat the next few days for dinner.

More groups being trained on the new telemetry today and eek! it's 2 weeks until we move in!

Going to squeeze in choir practice tonight before trying to catch the last group of nurses.

j22, I remember having 'growing pains' in my legs when I was young. I didn't like it one single bit, they ached so much! It made me cry, and I remember saying, "My eggs lake!", which made me laugh as well as cry.

Joe, I wish I could knit, but my hands say, "Uh-uh, Oh, NO-no-no!"

Tweety, Are we going to have a photo of the newly remodeled bathroom? I guess a 'before and after' is too much to ask.

H'lo and Adieu, Ado!

Nothin' much going on today, thank goodness!
