I used to find indeed.com to be the best, but it is now like careerbuilder and monster, the same stale, repetitive ads from the same less than desirable employers.

yeah what happened to Monster? They used to be one of the best and now its a bunch of work at home ads and crap. They really have gone down hill.

You could try craigslist. There may or may not be good stuff there depending on your city.
