I just wanted to know if you guys knew any link or website which could be good to review the heart and heart diseases with nursing interventions and so on.

this website has the pathophysiology of heart failure: http://cvphysiology.com/index.html - cardiovascular physiology concepts, click on "heart failure" link at the left side of the page. it is a medical website. you will not find any nursing interventions there.

like medicine, we treat symptoms. break the failure down into its component symptoms and look through your nursing textbooks for the treatments of each individual symptom.
