Hi fellow applicants-
This will be good news to some and not so good to others (not good for me )
Talked to Karen this morning...even though she is still in the review process, she said she has several people with 24 and 25 points. I finished with 21..and realistically thinking, thts a longshot, esp when they only accept 20 ppl. Anyhoo, not trying to be discouraging, just keeping ppl in the loop. I know I am plagued with anticipation. Congrats to those with those high points! I will not give up, I will be accepted sooner or later!

Ohhhhh maaaaaannn!!! Well that news certainly sucks to me since I only have 21 points as well. There is still a slight chance we could be chosen as alternates, and that most of those people with 24 & 25 points will be accepted to other schools and decide that WC isnt their first choice.

Yea I am pretty much out on that one as well. I had a great GPA but did not do so well on the TEAS. I didn't think I would get in but applied anyway. That stinks:(

Has anyone got a letter back from WC yet? I am still waiting here
I haven't gotten one either. I know they went out...a friend of mine got hers. I had the same amt of points she did and almost identical TEAS and she wasn't accepted. Not really looking forward to getting mine anymore.....
I got my rejection letter today. I knew I wasn't gonna get in because I am currently retaking a class but I am still kinda bummed. Good luck to you!
I got my alternate letter today...I am ok with that, but really wanted to get in. We will get in soon..don't give up!

wannebnursetx, if you don't mind me asking...How many points did you have with Weatherford? I got a rejection letter today and had 21. Im just curious what it will take to get in.
I had 21 points as well. 85% on the TEAS...I had another friend who had 21 points as well and was not accepted, nor was she an alternate. Did you apply to TCC?
I had 21 points and an 82 on the TEAS... rejected. Did not even make the alternate list. On my rejection letter, it was marked that I didnt make the cut b/c of my TEAS score. Guess I'll be retaking that darn TEAS again in February (have to wait 6 months from the last time I took it).

Hello all! Don't give up and don't lose hope! I am currently a WC ADN student in my second semester and wanted to let you know that they often end up calling alternates to fill spots. Best of luck to all of you!!
