Weatherford College Spring 2012 ADN Applicants!

Hey All!! I decided to make a thread for spring 2012. I was jumping aroung to the fall 2011 applicants and fall 2012 applicants. So I made one for the coming up app period to avoid alot of double posting.

I have heard from some of the spring 2012 applicants but am surprised I have not encountered more.

Where are yall hiding? :)

I actually cannot believe it has been almost a month since the deadline. My time has flown by!! My summer classes ended last week and I am enjoying my break this week before going at it again next week! LOL. I am taking Chem, Stats, Nutrition and History 2. These are all retakes if I don't get into my number 1 pick; they should help raise my GPA for next app period.

I was hoping we would know sooner as well. Only on the thinking that they are only letting in 20 of us this time compared to 40 in the fall but we'll see! The app process for my other 2 schools has kept my mind off things. I also had to complete the declaratory order so that was another obstacle that took up time.

manow, are you taking your nutrition at WC or somewhere else? I am taking my classes at WC and i think they only have the one nutrition class, so we could possibly be there together!

I'm taking hist, gov and great religions of the world. Last 3 classes for my AA. :) Time is flying because I am busy getting all my stuff done to apply at TCC. It fouls go faster though. I wonder if WC would let us know how many people applied this semester?

simcr- I am taking it online at TCC. Trying to find a cheap book right now :(

Student- I should have applied to get my AA last semester but didn't realize TCC has only 1 graduation a year. Oh well, next year. Good to hear from you also.

@ manow, I took nutrition online at TCC also. I still have the book. Which one do you need?

it's understanding nutrition edition 12. I usually get the previous edition of all my books in order to save money. I know though that what we know about food has changed quite a bit since 07. What do you think?

LETTERS ARE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got mine in the mail today, i got an alternate spot so not completely excited, but that means everyone else should get there letters today or tomorrow...yeah the wait is at least over

Conrgats on getting alternate simcr. I read that some alternates were able to find out what number on the list they were. Maybe you can ask KL.

I received my letter in the mail today. I got in! I am really excited about this. I cannot believe that the letters are already here. It makes me so relieved to know one way or another. Congrats on the alternate placement Sim. I know that there are several people that had higher scores than me that are using their WC application as back up so you will likely be getting in. Now, one to the craziness of the checklist. :yeah:
