How may points did everyone have for the Spring 2013 LVN program at Weatherford College? I had 17 and waiting to hear if I made it. I know they say it usually takes 6 weeks to hear back but I have heard 4 or 5 weeks. Has anyone heard of how long it might take?

I can't wait for orientation.. will you be there? what is your name? Maybe I will see you there. I turned in my shot record but realized I need my Dtap (diptheria, tetorifice and pertussis) vaccine because it is almost 10 years old. And I need my flu shot!
Yes, I will be there. I think it's mandatory for everyone even the alternates. Man this waiting is killing me. I wish I knew already. I spoke to the secretary and she said they go through the alternate list just about every year. So I am trying to stay hopeful and positive. I will have a pretty long commute how about you?
About 45 mins. I am nervous and excited at the same time! I got my fingerprinting done, and drug test paid for. I need to still get my other hep B. Then, when (if) I get accepted I will do the rest.
I am really hopping that after this first deadline I will get a call. Cross your fingers for me!

Hi all! I am looking at various programs since being wait listed at TWU. Any advice for applying? Are the pre-reqs really only 4 classes?
I will cross my fingers for you! I live about 10 minutes from the college if that.. right in weatherford. where will you be coming from?
I will have to look at my handout thing again to look at pre-reqs. But on the college's website it will tell you everything you need. As long as you have like 11-12 points you will most likely be for sure in. And they also have an alternate list. Apply even if you don't have that many points... it is different every time and you might be surprised.
@dnaddison, I have a little farther to school, my distance is about 45 mins. I live in north fort worth. not looking forward to the commute, but I'm sure I will get used to it. I still haven't heard anything. Maybe at orientation.... The scores must have been really high this year. I have gotten all my alternate stuff done, now I'm just waiting on the "call" :/ . Looking forward to orientation!!!!
