Weatherford College ADN Spring 2022

Hey y'all! Has anyone applied for the Weatherford College ADN Spring 2022 program. I'm considering applying but am nervous since they go based on a points system. Also, anyone who's in the program or who has graduated from it, what do you think about it? How is it?

Did anyone else get an email that is asking you to fill in your grades in an Excel worksheet that is attached to the email?

I am doing it but I am curious why they can't just look at my transcript? But hey whatever makes it easier and makes them make a decision faster. My nerves are shot!

I wonder if this is maybe round 2 of weeding out who makes the cut?  Eeek!  My heart drops every time I get an email from them.  I'm not sure I will have the courage to open THE email when we get it.

I got that email and my heart stopped.
 

Unfortunately, I decided that I need to wait until the next night and weekend cohort so I can continue working during the day. I’m so bummed, and now I’ll have to go through all this waiting all over again.

Nooo!  Oh dang I'm so sorry.  That's a tough decision to make.

That’s really a great decision. I need to continue working as well. When is the next night and weekend cohort?

What is the schedule going to be like do you know?

I have no idea what the schedule will look like.  I think it's not so much that clinicals keep you busy as it is just needing a lot of time to study and do the work.  That's what I've read on other threads as to why it's hard to work and do nursing school.  

I didn't know Weatherford offered nights and weekends at any time of ADN.  I thought that was LVN.  Either way I'm sorry to hear our fellow applicant is having to wait!

True!! I think I’ll work when I can. I’m a server RN but weekends are the days I make The most money so that was my plan to just work weekends

The next night and weekend cohort will be the Fall 2022 I believe. This semester is the very first and they aren’t going to offer it in the Spring. They told me they should update the website this fall with info about it.
