So I graduated January 30th from a school in which our NCLEX was paid for and included into our tuition. Here we are on March 12th and we still haven't had our boards paid for by the school. The school keeps giving us the run around about payment to Pearson Vue and we are getting fed up. We all are writing a letter to state as well as board of Ed over our school to protest this. Is there anything else we can do besides from hiring a lawyer? I'm getting very frustrated.....any advice would be welcome.

Honestly, you should probably just pay for the exam yourself, then ask for a refund on the cost. If they refuse you can take them to small claims court for the refund. And of course, if you have moved up the chain of command at the school, then go ahead with your plan to write the letters.

Agreed with mrsboots87, just make sure the school has authorized you to test and then pay for yourself.

Pay yourself. My school did the same thing. It was $200 well spent.
Eventually my school reimbursed, but I paid without knowing that.
