Future RN's!

I created this forum, for us pre-Nursing students, finishing up our prereqs and preparing for the HESI and admittance into the Nursing program for 2015! Let's keep each other motivated and driven. We can do it! Hope to hear from my fellow school mates :-)

Yes u should be good

I really hope so

PLEASE HELP THE NEWBIE :-)

Hi all!!! I am new to WCCCD…just started this Summer. I know I have a bit to go but I am looking for someone to lay out the steps a litter better because I currently do not have a clear understanding thus far. Please, correct me if I am wrong

1, pre reqs

2, apply for program

3, take hesi

4, enter program if Hesi is passed

5, start clinicals

*After you pass the Hesi do you take several more classes? If so are they taken all together and do you get to select the days/ time of the week?

*How long is the clinical? Does everybody in the program have the same schedule? Does it rotate & are there any night rotations or classes?

CONGRATS EVERYONE, I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST SUCCESS!!

Good luck to u on ur journey and make sure u really study for ur hesi I missed it by 1 point I could have retook it but I decided to do the BSN since I'm just 1 class away. And keep in mind if u don't pass the test try taking it at U of D mercy because they only require a over all 75%

Take Bio 155 240 250 295 English 119 120 PSY 100 and get at least a C which makes you eligible to take the HESI. Talk to a counselor. Attend the nursing info meeting

I got my acceptance letter for spring 16

How do you attend the nursing info meeting? Thanks in advance.

I think u do it on webgate.
