Wanted to see who else is going to Watts (Mt Olive) starting in June. I just got my acceptance letter today! Wondering who my fellow classmates will be!

Tar, I just had a great porcini rubbed/crusted sliced steak in Dallas, no pink, no fat...but stupidly over priced. I didn't even have to use steak sauce. (Chef might have kicked me).

Can you make one like that?????

Keyna, dry rubbing and slicing is overdone...but when you don't have to use a sause and the steak is soo good that you just want to savor.....Priceless,

I'll make you a Santa Maria Tri Tip if you want something different. I think its one of the best cuts of meat, if its done right.

We used to make this steak about every week out in Cali....My favorite hands down, followed closely by the Filet.

I've never had Porcini, but it looks really good. Was yours just a seared Delmonico Ribeye???? Simple and good...That's my motto.

Mine was a filet, but I think someone at the table had a Delmonico. Actually,

we won't be fixing steak...I'm fixing soup and vegetables and salads this weekend...

we have to start being "healthy" so I can fit into my uniform in a few short weeks!

Enjoy your ribs! Know what's good with baby backs....wasabi mashed potatoes..oh, but the kids may not enjoy that!!
