How did orientation go? Hope I didn't miss anything too important. I did miss

meeting you all. See some of you Tuesday night.

Can you believe a quiz over 90 pages on the first night? I can't begin to memorize all this stuff! Have to learn how to learn again!

i feel very dense. i still don't understand the assignment for psy 100. TIB- you said "apply our research strategy to an issue in modules 3-6". can you point me in the direction of an issue? man, do i feel stupid!

anyway, i am a bit confused by the assignment for psy100- TIB, you said "apply our research strategy to an issue in modules 3-6". huh? are we supposed to use a strategy discussed in the modules? are we supposed to come up with our own issue? our own research?

my brain is in knots right now and i feel completely dense. help!

jamma- one of the students emailed the teacher and apparently he wasn't much help... i guess we make something up... i don't see any issues in modules 3-6 to write about!! :confused:

on another note, i did find the online resources for our text on worthpublishing.com but i am having trouble accessing the flashcards, quizzes, etc. anyone else?

Someone said earlier that it sounded like an outline of the procedure of research. What I did (right or wrong) was reread 2-2 and 2-3 and it explains

how you construct and test a theory.

I just made an outline for those steps.

Am I way off base or does that sound okay??????

I tried Worthpublishers also, but couldn't find the quizzes applicable to our

version of the book with modules.

Have they updated it?

I didn't write my outline specific to any issues. I just put the steps that any

general research goes through, I guess.
