I am a RN with mostly LTC and behavioral experience. I want to work from home in a case mgmt or your position. However, I do t have a lot of experience or certification in these roles. I have applied for quite a few of these positions and keep getting rejected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a professional resumé writer and I would say that having a strong resumé would greatly help. Even when a person has a lot of experience, if his or her skills are not highlighted well, it's hard to get called for an interview. It's important to stand out from your competition and having a professional resumé will help you do that.
Thanks for your response.yes I am working with a professional now to update and rewrite my resume.I know it needs to be ATS compatible
That is great! It should really help you in the process. Wish you luck!

Try telephone triage. I got started 4 years ago with about 5 years of SNF and 1 year of med-surge under my belt.
Thanks I am actively applying and interviewing currently .I have been a nurse for 35 years.
