Walden U PMHNP

I am attending Walden University for the PMHNP program. Next semester I will be taking pathophysiology and pharmacology. I would like someone's opinion if I should take these together or separate? How difficult would they be to take?

There are plenty of online programs that are not Walden. Online is not synonymous with for-profit.
