Is anyone applying to Wake Tech's ADN program for the Fall 2020? How many points do y'all have?

Are you going to be working that much once school starts? And the drug dosage calculations are pretty repetitive. It mostly shows you like 4 different ways to solve the same type of problem.

Also, can’t wait to meet everyone (from a distance of course LOL) at orientation!

I just got my RSVP email too

I don't know if you guys have read the orientation packet yet but one of the recommendations is to start a study group soon. I definitely want to do this and would be willing to hang around a few minutes after orientation if some people want to meet and chat. Also, I think it would be really beneficial to start a GroupMe if people are interested.

Sure, I don’t mind.

Yeah I’m down to form a study group. Just now saw this so I didn’t wait around after orientation

Thank you!

I am confused with one thing: is this code the same as "SLS" code that ois mentioned in the orientation packet on page 9 ?

oh "SIM" makes sense )) I didn't realize its the same thing, thank you ! I feel lost in all these papers and requirements LOL

Does anyone know what number they have gotten to on the alternate list?

I got the ecard and the three books paperback for $750. Thats so expensive for only a few text books. I also ordered the pharmacology book from amazon for around $50.

Does anyone know what the lab kit from the bookstore have in it? I can't seem to find it in the bookstore and no one is replying to the emails or calls.

I don’t know what it has in it , but they said it’s gonna be back in stock in bookstore in the beginning of august and that we not going to need it for the first couple of weeks anyway.
yeah I hear you on prices, that’s just out of this world. The most expensive part of that bundle is the code, I believe. I didn’t buy the pharmacology one yet , but I already have the Castillo book for the math

I bought the 2nd edition of those 3 books from a December 2019 cohort for $50 (from $750 brand new). She said nothing much changed from the book, so I saved a lot from that. I also bought the drug dosage Castillo ebook for $10 on in eBay and it’s much better to study with, so I have 2 drug dosage books whoever wants to buy the hard copy, feel free to do so. I will say, I’ll save on whatever I can save because everything adds up. ?
