I just took the TEAS and turned in my application today! Anyone else out there that's applying without Micro?

Haven't heard anything yet. Probably not till early October.

I was told by an adviser that letters would be sent out the last week of September, so I'm thinking they should start showing up by the end of next week latest? (09/30-10/05).

Anyone know what our schedule would look like if we do get in? I should probably start to look for child care!

I called today and was told we wouldn’t hear until mid-October. I’m hoping the advisor you talked to is right and we hear by the 5th, as that seems to be when letters got out last year. I applied pretty early so I feel like I’ve been waiting for a year ?

Has anyone heard anything?

Nope haven’t gotten anything yet, really hoping it’s sooner than the middle of October

Me too! I’m having anxiety going to the mailbox everyday.

I called on yesterday and she told me I should wait another two to three weeks because they were “still in the middle of ranking”. How long could it possibly take? Other schools don’t usually take this long. With such a strict application deadline I would think they would be ready to review and rank the applicants. I think the requirement should be that everyone who wishes to apply must meet with an advisor and have all their requirements checked off and application stamped in the meeting. That would eliminate them having to review unqualified applications. Sorry for the rant but I’m really anxious and hopeful.

I’m at advising right now and they said they just finished ranking so they should be sending out letters sometime this week maybe next week.

So definitely mid-October everyone should be receiving their letters... trying to be patient but it’s hard?

I talked to advising and they said that they had to renew their accreditation and that it’s a serious process, so they stopped the ranking process while they had it reviewed. An advisor said that they had all the applicants ready for ranking back in September but put ranking on pause in order for the accreditation people to come in and review everything for several days.

I am however worried that it’s still taking longer than previous spring semesters and if that may mean there were more applicants than there has been for previous semesters. I’m wondering if it may be more competitive this semester. I’m still pretty confident with the points that I have, but waiting makes us so anxious!!

One last update, my advisor said she’s confident letters will be sent out by the end of this week, and if you haven’t received your letter by the 18th to call.

Hey everyone! Hang in there. I started last Spring and we didn't get notified until mid October. We did have accreditation people all last week in our classes... so that was probably the hold up! I think we had orientation the last week of October so you should be hearing something soon!

Hey all you beautiful people,

I personally went in today and found out that the letters were sent out on Monday. Also the date for orientation for accepted and alternates is on the 24th of October.

Hope this helps.

Good luck
