I just got off the phone with WGU's enrollment office. I was told that during the month of December 2013, WGU is waiving application fees for the holidays!
The code I was given is:
DEC13
Put this in at the end to waive the fee! Hopefully all of you are able to pay this forward!
Yes, I have had a couple calls with my enrollment counselor. If you haven't already, call the admissions office and ask to be scheduled a call with an enrollment counselor. You have to do this anyways, so it will save you a step. The call answered most of my questions.
I'm doing the RN to BSN program starting March 1, 2014 (that's the plan anyway). I've spoken with an enrollment counselor also, done the assessments and submitted transcripts. Just waiting for them to arrive!
I'm hoping to start February 1st, just waiting now on a transcript eval. Does anyone know how long that normally takes? They received them last Monday, but with the holiday last week and this week, I'm assuming it will take a bit longer than normal.
