Every person that writes this exam will get 50% correct and 50% incorrect. It is computerized adaptive exam, otherwise known as a CAT exam. It will give you questions based on how you answer the previous question. If you get it correct, then it gives you a harder question; miss it and it will give you an easier one. The exam essentially determines if you pass or fail based on the level where you are getting the majority of the correct answers at. Each question is assigned a level, and you must have the majority of your correct answers above the minimal level determined by the Board. Pearson-Vue has nothing to do with determining the level of the questions or anything else that is involved with that.

Number of questions has no bearings on determining results, same way getting the last question right or wrong has no bearing on the result.

Best of luck to you as you wait for your results.
