Waiting for my NET results...

I took the NET at the end of April, and the last group was to take it last Friday.

I am really anxious to see how I scored.

Anyone else waiting?

I am curious to see what your score is (if you don't mind sharing, of course) I thought I was well prepared and was surprised to see my composite score of 69. What angers me is that the science and grammar did not count toward the composite score. That is what I really did well on. Math was ok. The reading killed me.

When I took the pretest, I made an 86 composite. So I hope I did at least that well. LOL I will let you know as soon as I get them in the mail. Did your result give an average for the school?? I am certain I did well on the math. It is definitely my strong point.

I wish I would have known earlier that they were going to be in today, I would have went up there. I find it hard to believe that from the time you posted to the time I called (10 minutes) they sent them in the mail already, but whatever.

I can pretend I am patient.

The national average is 69 and Karen said that the average at Baker is 70. I am not going to be able to stand to wait two months to see if I got in.

I think it is crap that they are going to make us wait so long. I don't want to waste my time trying to find childcare for fall if I don't get in and the same with all the stuff we need to get done, or purchase.

Of the classes we need I have 11.14 points (the 10 that count). I lost a bonus point for retaking a class that doesn't even count in that average... and then there is the NET results. I am a nervous wreck.

I have the study guide from the ERIproducts website. They are the people who do the test. That study guide was dead on, for what to study for the exam. I also got the $15 preview test from the ERI site... and you can take it as many time as you want. I felt that I was pretty prepared for what was going to be on the test.

I would do the pretest for sure. I don't know how I did on it obviously, I will find out as soon as my results come in the mail.

Could you let me know when you get your results. Im not trying to be nosy, but maybe we can all benefit from knowing where we stand. What is your GPA right now?

I just answered you above.

I have a 3.75 before the A's I will get in path and pharm.

That will give me 11.14 (I figured it out)

Bonus points from no transfers

2 bonus points for only "retaking" one class... (I dropped a class, I didn't re-take it, and technically I could have waivered it, it didn't count anyhow)

Plus whatever I get on the NET. If they would let me go there now, I would find out now, but they are making me wait.

LOL

And I will definitely let you know. I know someone else had an 82 on their NET, but they took it at Wayne State.
