Remember its just a test...
Some people get all the questions, others dont. It may be random, and it may be that the computer still isnt able to judge you correctly and you need to get the maximum...
The number doesnt mean anything. You can pass or fail with any number from 75-265 and anything inbetween..
Good luck!
I know exactly what your going thru. I took mine Tues I had all 265 too. I was so sure I failed I started studying and I contacted my nurse manager and asked if she has any aide positions open.
I know it is easier said than done but please hang in there. I was so sure I failed I did not want to pay for the quick results my friends said they would pay it for me. But my point was why should I pay to find out I failed. But just as I was going to pay I checked my PA board website and it was there. I still did not believe it I emailed the PA board of nursing and asked for confirmation she said it means I passed and I AM A RN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck it is still possible.

I just took my NCLEX RN test this morning. I am still in a state of "shell shock" and have this feeling of being one of the most incompetent people on the planet. It took all of 265 questions before the machine shut off. Now I am even more nervous and have this really bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. Do you know of anyone who passed with all 265 questions? For those of you who did please let me know. I was rather upset when the computer did not stop @ 75 questions rather went on until the end. I hope and pray I did well enough but I won't know until the next couple of business days.
