and the waiting begins....

I had another interview yesterday. I think it went well, *think* being the key word. The interviewer (nurse manager) was nice and professional. MUCH different than my last interview.

The interview was short...30 min. She didn't speak a lot. I felt like I carried most of the interview. She kept pointing that the ratio is 6:1. She didn't mention anything about scheduling until I asked. She gave me a tour and introduced me to the staff. I got the impression she either doesn't have good interviewing skills, or the position is already taken and it was a "courtesy" interview. It was hard to read her. She has another interview next week, then I should hear something within 2 weeks.

Well keep thinking positive... remember that "for every door that closes another one opens"... so if this doesn't work out, stay postive!

Good luck!

A tour is a positive signal.

Good Luck!

Ug. I hate the waiting.

I had an interview 2 weeks ago. I got an e-mail last week that said they are still doing interviews and I should hear more by the end of this week. I am hoping that means I'm still in the running and they sent out some e-mails to other people that interviewed saying "Thanks for interest, but you have not been selected for this job" I have never wanted time to move faster!!

Waiting is honestly one of the HARDEST things to do. But, just remember, try to be patient! I know it is way easier said than done. But, I remember I would check my phone a million times a day and it only made me 10x worse!! Good luck! Stay positive.
