Waiting for admission or lack of?

First, I'm waiting to hear back from the school that I applied to whether or not I'm going to be admitted. I just started to wonder how many people are in the same boat. Any schools in particular?

Hi,

I copletely understand how you feel. I have been taking all the pre-reqs at my community college and can't even apply for a change of area (how you apply to the nursing program if you're already enrolled in the school as a pre-nursing student) until the 2nd week of March. Every time I think about it I feel like I'm gonna throw up. I wish I could just know already....I don't know how I'm going to make it through February.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that you can keep busy enough to distract you from worrying so much. At least you submitted all your forms and all that's left is to wait. When do you find out if you're in?

Hopefully we'll both be nursing students in the fall!

yep-i'm waiting too. I've applied to an ASN program at a local (OKC) CC. the app deadline isn't until March, and the counselor said the acceptance letters don't go out until MAY! I've got a long wait. ;)

The only saving grace is that admission is done on a point system, and I have 18 pts. Last semester they took people with 16 or more. So I should be in, BUT I won't believe it til I see it.

Good Luck to all!
