VSC... Greencard to H1B

i am about to recieve my VSC, i ticked GreenCard type.

i got agencies, one offered EB3 and the other one offered H1b. my problem was, can i Use my VSC for H1B?

the latter said that they could deploy me in 3 months as H1b, While EB3 would take long to be aproved.

H1b is getting strict and you need to be a specialist nurse to meet their requirements. VSC can be used for both as far as I am aware

Generally if you meet the requirements for H1B, you also meet the requirements for EB2 category greencard. I hope you're not paying them money to get you the H1B.
