It is unlikely his boss would approve of behavior that is mentioned negatively on social media such as this forum. A traveler is worth about $20,000 a year in gross profits to an agency and just a couple of travelers interested in Voyage that Google it, find this post and decide to not use them, it will cost Voyage a lot of money.
I googled them myself and the president's email address is listed on their site. I would sent him an email outlining what this recruiter is doing and what you did about it here. 14 emails a day is just crazy!
This is why I don't use my real name on Facebook. I use a pen name that only friends need to know. If employers want to find me there, they are out of luck.
Saw your thread elsewhere and wanted to add that you might want to consult an attorney about the feasibility of obtaining a restraining order against these people for cyber stalking.
