Hi there,
is anyone else here using VATI for NCLEX (RN) prep? Our school made us buy it and I do think it's a good program because it helps me structure my reviews, but HOLY COW those initial assessments are really hard. Their benchmark is 60%, and I have been above that with average scores in the low 70's and my lowest at 63, but everytime I take one of those assessments I feel like I know absolutely nothing. Also, when I get my results after an assessment, there usually is one or two areas where I am only in the 40s/50s, even though my overall score is "above the benchmark", and that really worries me- what if nclex zeroes in on those weaknesses? Is ATI intentionally harder than the actual nclex? The predictor we took at school told me I have a 99% chance of passing, but now that I am taking the VATI tests, my confidence is dwindeling.
anyway, just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this program....
Thanks :)

Look upon the scores as a challenge to improve instead of bringing down your confidence. Make a game out of trying to beat out ATI every time you take one. And don't let them get you discouraged.
