Is anyone in here applying for the upcoming VCU CRNA application cycle for January 2025 start?

I'm also in the process of applying. One tip I hear a lot is shadowing. I enjoyed shadowing a CRNA, it reinforced I'm on the right path.

I'm interested in the Alexandria site. From the info session seems like they accept 10 to Alexandria. Do you have any tips from your application that you think helped you stand out?

Finally submitted all of my application materials. Does anyone have any information on interviews this year? Also, does it hurt that I am just now submitting my information?

same here I submitted 2/5 as well. I am hoping it will not hurt us. The last couple of years, it's been pre-recorded questions. IDK for this year though.
I am a VA resident. How long after submitting the NursingCAS application did it take to receive the link to apply to VCU and pay the supplemental fee? I did not use the PTE option.

Could anyone give me more information about what to do after the nursingCAS application is finished? It seems that VCU will send you a link after about paying their fee but is there anything else that needs to be submitted directly to VCU besides that? TIA!

I think I saw someone in this forum say 10 days after their application was verified

I applied yesterday and my application was verified prior to submitting as I have submitted to other schools before. I received the link for their supplemental fee today.

Thank you. So I guess once it's verified, then I'll get the link from VCU. They told me it says it can take up to 10 days but it's usually quicker than that

Anyone have an idea on whether I should stick with PTE or just fill in my transcript on my own? Submitted my app last week (required submission before PTE would start working).

I'm pretty sure it said they don't recommend it as I think it will take longer. But I'm surprised it let you submit before you put your transcript in, mine wouldn't allow that? On Nursingcas, right?

I submitted my transcript through NursingCas, yes. After that PTE enters it in and I review it
