Hey everyone!
I just got my acceptance today for Villanova University's BSNExpress program that begins May 2010! :yeah:I was just wondering if anyone else on here will be in that program as well.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you so much, I just checked their website. But they only have the express program for people who want to get their Master in nursing. Also, require to take a test too before applying. I just wana get my BSN and then apply for CRNA. I don't really have time to study for a test right now, I work about 65 hours per week
For those of you doing the Villanova Alternate Sequence, how do you plan on paying for it? Two years and a summer session at Villanova costs upwards $80,000. With cost of housing and food, I'd probably be looking at +$100,000 of debt after the two year program. I plan on pursuing a master's after getting a BSN, but with that kind of debt I don't think I'd be able to afford it.
How is everyone else paying for the program?
metrogirl, you are wise to be worried about borrowing that amount of money. the website below lets you plug in different student loan amounts and determines the monthly payment over 10 years. it also provides info about the annual income based upon family size, needed to repay the loan.
to repay 100,000 dollar in student loans, monthly payments are 1,100 dollars and annual salary of $138,000 is recommended.[color=#336699]

loan calculator
note: the monthly loan payment was calculated at 119 payments of $1,150.80 plus a final payment of $1,151.37.
it is estimated that you will need an annual salary of at least $138,096.00 to be able to afford to repay this loan.

Jefferson has four review periods: The first deadline was 09/15, second 10/31, third is 11/30 and final is 02/15. But, I'm hearing that they pretty much fill up by the end of the year if not sooner. Sending my application next week as soon as my recommendations get back to me. Hmmm... I guess I underestimated how difficult this was going to be.
