I just received an interview offer from Villanova and was wondering if anyone has gone through their interview process yet. Any advice?

Yeah - I'm in the upcoming 2007 class and did my interview back in August. The main thing I would recommend is to tell your story. They'll probably ask you about the kinds of patients you've had - so tell them a story about some good ones you've had. They asked some technical ICU questions - just the stuff you're probably doing day to day anyway. I didn't feel that there was anything unfair or out of the ordinary about the interview. Felt like they just wanted to get to know me a little before letting me in. I hear that the 2008 class is already full - so you're probably shooting for 2009. Maybe I'll see you there!
Good luck!

Hello
I was just accepted to CRNA school in S NJ. Sounds like this new endevor will be very expensive. What do you guys estimate Villanove will cost?? How are you guys planning to cover expenses??
Villanova is $34K. Living expenses are another matter .... loans loans loans
FYI. The 2008 class is not full. I called and talked with the coordinator. She said the '07 class filled in Oct. There are 6 people approved for '08 and they're all on the waiting list to get in the '07 class.
All the better! I guess we might be there at the same time then. Hmmmm .... they told a friend that the 2008 class was full. They probably want her to wait until the 2009 class. Good luck!

When I interviewed in October it was for the Fall 2008 class. I was accepted but declined due that it started in 2008. I wanted to start right away in Fall 2007. Plus I got my first choice school closer to my wife's home. So to those who got accepted I say congratulations it seems like a great program.

I'm a current student, and overall it is a great program.

Is the interview through Villanova or Crozer? And have you heard of applicants getting into Villanova but not Crozer? Thanks!
The interview is at Crozer. Yes - people do get into Villanova without getting into Crozer. All of the interviewees (is that the right word?) get into Villanova "provisionally" but only the people that get through the interview get into the anesthesia program.
