  1. Thank you guys, It has been about 3 weeks since I posted this thread. Your tips have really helped. Still not a pro.
  2. I am currently in my second semester of Anesthesia school. We have been in the OR for about a month now and I am having a hard time with my intubations. I feel that I am so concerned with subluxing the jaw and not causing injury to the lips and teeth, that I am unable to visualize the cords. When I go in for the laryngoscopy I can see the Arytnoids and epiglottis but no cords. Any words of wisdom?
  3. i can tell you all, that if you want to be a crna for the money, dont bother. invest in real estate or play the market. i am currently in my first year of anesthesia school at drexel, and i can attest to the fact, that there are easier things out there to do if your soul purpose is to make some cash. i haven't seen the inside of a pub in 4 mos, and this for me is terrible. i spend every waking minute studying for the next exam. i have truly sacrificed my life for the next 2 years. however i must say it's a real cool job and i wouldn't trade it for the world. wes quote for the day: (thank you sir, may i have another)
