Villanova BSN Express '11

Published

Is anyone else applying/been accepted to Villanova's BSN Express class starting in May 2011?

I just registered for a pathophysiology online course at grantham university today. I e-mailed Dr. Lieb about the course and gave her the course description/accreditation of the school. She said its fine, so I'm guessing we could take it there.

Thanks for the info Bany, Im going to register. Do you know the course number that they use for the class at Grantham? Also, did you call them or just register for the class through their website?

The course number is Bio 116 Introduction to Pathophysiology and I registered by phone.

Quick question Rosemarie21883- Is the pathophysiology course your taking at Grantham University called Introduction to Pathophysiology- Bio 116?

Thanks again! Finding the Pathophysiology class was the hard part, now I just need the 2 theology courses and Im all set.

RN2BE4ME,

Is it too late for you to register for pathophysiology at Villanova for the Spring semester? That is the one I'm taking, it's online, and it's over in April.

Has anyone already gotten the letter to register for that? I thought I had it by this time last year.

Sorry for the late reply, yes I am in Bio 116 at Grantham University. I am currently the only person in my class, however it is decently paced. I am about half way through. The teacher is very friends and provides feedback in a timely manner. The course is relatively new which is why some folks may not know about it, but that is really no excuse. I can't wait to meet you gals.

Now I'm thinking about taking it at Grantham. I'm sure it is probably a lot cheaper than taking it at Villanova!

If you plan on taking it at Grantham, I would talk to someone soon. It takes a couple of days for everything to go through. Also ask if they have a book stipend. Any little bit helps.

Is anyone taking an online Pathophys class at Rio Salado or U of Wyoming? I'm going to look into Grantham but I'm a little hesistant to take an accelerated class for pathophys. The only thing is that a lot of my online prereqs end early May :/

I know this was mentioned before in the thread, but I live in New York and I haven't started to look for off campus housing yet but if anyone is interested in possibly housing together, please send me a message Thanks! :)

I just finished my patho class at Grantham and it was pretty easy. I don't know if you have kids or a family, but I was never bogged down or rushing to complete an assignment the way I was when I was at University of Phoenix. I had to write some papers, and answer some discussion questions and take quizzes. It was very accomodating to my schedule, and the teacher was very nice. I too don't have a place to live, I am still deployed.
