Villanova BSN Express, Drexel, or FDU

Published

Hi,

Any students or applicants for Villanova? I am trying to decide between Villanova, Drexel, or FDU.. This stuff is really stressful I want to make a good choice. Any input is appreciated.. Also UMDNJ-Stratford wants me to retake psych and sociology saying its been more than 10 years go figure. I am not sure about doing that all the science prereq's are enough plus I am reading how unorganized the program is.

For Drexel as long as you got a C or better in those classes they will accept most of your classes, the classes that need to be within the last 5 years are Microbiology and Anatomy and Physiology.

Check the ACE website on Drexel's page and it will tell you what classes they want.:wink2:

Specializes in Med-Surg, Geriatrics, Wound Care.

Drexel will require A&P I and II within the last 5 years, as well as microbiology. Villanova required some pathology course that I couldn't find, as well as 2 semesters of theology. Both were prereq's, so I couldn't take them there. I think UPenn (18 month program) had another prereq I wasn't sure about. Jefferson seems to have similar requirements.

I think Drexel had the highest pass rates of the NCLEX. Not sure if that means anything, as I believe they require a HESI test first to graduate.

I'm just talking about 2nd degree BSN programs (I'm accepted to Drexel in Spring 2009). I'm not sure if you were looking for other degrees.
