Vibration in the groin area left side

Wanting info on a vibration I'm having on my left side in the groin area and it's a vibration sensation and no its not from cell phone. Almost like blood rushing

It's called a "thrill". Could be caused by any number of arterial/venous irregularities. It is an abnormal finding. You should make an appointment with a doctor.
