A goal of mine it be an acute care/ICU travel nurse. As a future military spouse I would rather start this sooner rather than later while my partner is stationed in the area for the next two years. I would love to start in an LTAC facility. Does Vibra hire new graduates? If the answer is yes, are new grads hired into working in the areas with the highest acuity patients?

How is the orientation process? Do you feel that you as a new grad received all the support that was needed?

Hey there. I'm a new grad. Judging by your username, you graduated from a CNL program? I'm also a CNL military spouse! :) Anyway, that's besides the point, but I have an interview coming up with Vibra Hospital myself. I know a girl who works there who started when she was a new grad as well, and she enjoys it. I have an interview at Roper St Francis as well for a new grad position. Is your spouse navy or air force?

Edit: Oh yeah, and check out the VA. I applied for two positions there, acute inpatient and ICU. They were referred to the hiring manager but I haven't heard back yet... They are just convenient because we won't have to transfer licenses all the time if we have to move.

Finally a reply. Yeah I'm in the process of graduating from a CNL program. Only 2 more weeks to go.

He's Navy. Is your spouse Navy or Air Force?

Good of luck with your interview. Do you have an interview in the ICU or the TCU/LTAC portion?

I saw those positions online but I thought I wasn't qualified.

Nice! I'm graduating in May too, but I have my RN license already. My spouse is Navy too. Nuke?

Thanks! I think they are only hiring for LTAC right now. At least that's what is posted online. I got called the day after I applied so it's a quick process.
